Campgrounds
Nothing beats the smell of a smouldering fire, the taste of a toasted marshmallow or the never-ending sounds of nature around you. There is just something special about camping!
Two campgrounds call Inuvik home. Each of them are unique in there own way but both will provide just about everything you will need to rest for a few days before a trip back down the Dempster!
Campgrounds in the territory generally open mid May to early June and close in mid October. Keep that in mind as you plan your trip north!
